Delta Health Technologies was founded by Muwaffaq Alhuniti — a senior healthcare quality, telehealth, and digital health leader with deep operational experience across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, and the UAE.
For 15 years I have worked inside the healthcare systems that GCC patients depend on — at Saudi Aramco, at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, and now through Delta Health Technologies and the HAKAMA HEALTH™ framework.
My career has been shaped by a single conviction: that telehealth fails not because of technology, but because of unclear governance, weak workflows, and organizations that were never made ready to operate virtual care at scale. I have spent a decade and a half fixing exactly that.
At Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, I led the COVID-19 medical response across more than 50 remote sites — maintaining operational continuity where most organizations had none. I oversaw the Epic EMR and telehealth rollout that expanded service reach by 30% into underserved communities. I managed operator transitions across 60 remote clinics without a single continuity failure.
Those experiences — not theory, not frameworks borrowed from Western academic literature — are the foundation of everything Delta Health Technologies delivers. Every tool, every methodology, every governance framework we bring to a client has been pressure-tested in real GCC healthcare environments.
Delta Health Technologies exists because the GCC deserves a telehealth advisory firm that understands its healthcare culture, its regulatory environment, its clinical realities, and its operational constraints. Not a multinational consulting arm parachuting in with generic playbooks. A partner that has lived the work.
